I build systems for businesses that are too good to lose leads.

Most businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a flow problem.

Stagnation. Blockage. The inquiry comes in and then — nothing. No response, no follow-up, no clear next step. The same pattern shows up in the body, in relationships, in communities. When something isn't moving the way it should, the answer is rarely more input. It's almost always a system that needs to be strengthened at the root.

That's the lens I bring to this work.

Before Funnel Forge, I was a health coach. Before that, I was studying what it takes to build intentional communities — the kind of environments where people can actually thrive together. Then I got seriously ill with Lyme disease, and for a long stretch, I couldn't do much of either.

What that time gave me was space to study. I immersed myself in the work of some of the most talented people in business and marketing — watching how they built, what made them effective, what actually created momentum versus what just looked like it did. I soaked it all in. And the more I learned, the more I saw something that bothered me.

Most of what was being taught was surface-level. Throw a quick funnel together. Upsell another offer. Spam a list. Chase volume. None of it was about understanding the system underneath — about addressing a challenge from the root of the imbalance rather than treating symptoms. We don't patch. We strengthen.

That's what I kept coming back to. You can't scale what you haven't structured. And you can't structure what you don't understand.

I started Funnel Forge because I love helping small businesses set up systems that let them get back to what called them into business in the first place. The work they love. The people they serve. Not the follow-up. Not the chasing. Not the wondering whether anything fell through the cracks.

I believe businesses are built on relationships. On being accountable. On showing up. And I believe the right systems — built correctly, from the right place — make all of that easier. They create the conditions for things to move. For leads to flow. For growth to feel like something you're participating in rather than barely keeping up with.

That's what I'm here to help you build.

    On Lead Flow

"Most businesses don't need more leads. They need a better system for the ones they already have."

    On Automation

"The best automation disappears into the background. It handles the mechanics so you can focus on the work that actually requires you."

    On Systems

"You can't scale what you haven't structured. Build the system first. Test it. Then grow."

Businesses are built on relationships. On being present, on being accountable, on showing up consistently — for clients, for leads, for the people who are considering trusting you with their problems.

My first step with every client is always the same: understand where the system is weak before we build anything. What's creating blockage? Where are leads stalling? Where is the business losing momentum it shouldn't be losing? The diagnostic isn't a formality — it's the foundation. Every imbalance has an origin. We find it first.

From there, my proposals are clear and specific. We build what needs to be built — in phases that address the actual gaps — and we do it in a way that you understand, own, and can trust to run without you having to micro-manage every piece.
